JMS Medical UK was created to connect disciplines too often treated separately: training, clinical governance, workforce development, emergency preparedness and medical provision. We are building the UK operation around our two co-owners, Sara Hutt and Martin McGuire.
The company is new in the UK. The experience behind it is not.

Healthcare operations & workforce leadership
Sara brings more than 30 years of professional experience in healthcare operations, with extensive leadership responsibility across hospitals, clinics, pre-hospital EMS systems and remote-site medical facilities. Her work has included operations management, workforce leadership, hospital development and commissioning, and support for healthcare projects across the UK and Middle East.

Martin brings more than 30 years of professional experience, including over 20 years in emergency medical services. His operational background includes pre-hospital care, industrial and offshore environments, remote construction, energy, aviation and international operations.
